Cyndi began practicing yoga over 20 years ago as a way to keep her flexibility and strength, and over that time, she has deepened her study by attending multiple workshops and master classes. She completed her 200 RYT in December of 2018 finally realizing her goal. Cyndi is also certified in Yoga Shred and Yin Yoga.

Cyndi offers approachable classes that can easily be adapted for all levels. All of Cyndi’s classes incorporate the mind body connection that serves as a path to deep peace and healing. She hopes to inspire students to find a balance between flexibility and strength, and to use the physical practice to calm and center the mind. Cyndi is excited to share her knowledge and practice with the yoga community as she believes that the practice of yoga and its myriad of benefits is accessible to all people, regardless of their age or fitness level.
